Different operations have different requirements. VacDry manufactures our kilns in five different sizes. Regardless of the model you choose, you can rest assured that you’re getting the finest vacuum kiln on the market with every part and component constructed to deliver optimum drying with minimal downtime.

Please note that VacDry kilns require a separate cooling and heating system. In addition, to minimize labor overhead and increase productivity you can add additional options such as integrated material handling systems. VacDry kilns can be custom-manufactured in double wide or double length configurations

Compact and efficient, the Model VK 1.25M is perfect for the smaller producer who cares about their product.

A step up from the 1.25M, the Model 2.5M has twice the output and can handle lengths up to 26 feet.

The right combination of size and capacity, the Model 4.0M provides high-quantity output with a very small foot print.

A trueheavy-duty kiln, the Model 8.0M is perfect for larger drying operations that need to maximize efficiency.

Our largest kiln, the Model 10.0M is designed and constructed for operations with large production yields.

Standard Equipment: All VacDry kilns include fully-integrated assembly stands to minimize installation expense; stainless-steel chamber with carbon-steel supports and aluminum door; a complete set of kiln charge plates; kiln cart; winch; work center with integrated PLC and motor control panel; supervisory computer capable of interfacing with one or more VacDry kilns for data logging, monitoring and remote access. Licensed software includes operating manual and wood drying schedules. Equipment purchaser is responsible for cost of installation, freight, heating source and cooling water supply.
